And at that, Gabe snorts. Show he's useful? Prove it? He's giving Harrison too much credit, he thinks. He trusts the others ear--thing--to work, sure. And he's surprised that he's out of his chair, but Gabe is useful and they both know it. He's not fearing for his life in the least.

He just has to impress the other.

He takes a few, slow steps towards Harrison, and his demeanor shifts again--back to the wholesome, all American guy.

"You think anyone resists this look? You think I don't know just the right way to give someone a...push?" He's realizing it as he goes along.
